# OpenHands on Sideren.

> Advanced LLM settings in OpenHands take the gateway URL, an sdn_ key, and an openai/-prefixed catalog model id.

OpenHands speaks the OpenAI [Chat Completions](/api/chat-completions) dialect, so it runs
on Sideren through its advanced LLM settings.

## Configure

In OpenHands, open `Settings → LLM`, click **see advanced settings**, toggle **Advanced**,
and fill in:

```text theme={null}
Custom Model:  openai/@sdn/glm-5      (or openai/@sdn/gpt-oss-120b)
Base URL:      https://api.sideren.io/v1
API Key:       sdn_your_key
```

<Note>
  The `openai/` prefix on the model is required — it tells OpenHands' routing layer to use
  the Chat Completions client (our `/v1/chat/completions` surface), not a provider-native
  one.

## Verify

Start a session and give OpenHands a trivial task. To confirm the key works against the
gateway without OpenHands in the loop:

```sh theme={null}
npx sideren test --key sdn_your_key
```
